Camp Doodles & Summer Club  -   Job Openings

Camp Doodles & Summer Club seeks staff of the very highest caliber.  This caliber is not measured in skill/performance level but rather in character and ability to serve as a role model.  We seek leaders who have demonstrated the ability to work with children and to motivate children to grow into responsible adults.

Volunteers Training on June 15	Typically Entering 7th - 10th graders (introduction to leadership) CIT (Counselor-in-Training), Junior Counselor, Assistant Counselor WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER 2008
Counselors (Paid) Training on June 14, 15 AND June 21	Ages 16 & up (part-time and full time summer positions available) About half our staff is typically 16-18 while and the other half are in college or already graduated. WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER 2008

Returning Jr. Counselors may return as "Assistant Counselors" which comes with lots of respect and gratitude from the staff and children, as well as the option to participate in the pre-camp training with our paid staff members.

Working at camp provides a resume for life. 
No other job reflects leadership, management, problem solving, developing curriculum, community building, and teaching creativity.
Camp is one of the few jobs that builds skills and knowledge faster than they become obsolete. Future employers look at summer camp experience as an indicator for a successful future.
