UNSATISFIED FAMILIES:

While the Camp Doodles satisfaction and camper retention rate is especially high, we recognize that our camp program may not be ideal for everyone.  As indicated during the original registration process, we highly recommend that first time campers purchase "Doodle Days", an option that is designed for parents who want/need the scheduling and refund flexibility.

Because the large majority of issues surrounding unsatisfied campers are often linked to a minor correctable issue and easy to fix, we strongly recommend that families work with the camp staff to resolve any issues. To encourage results, we have a procedure in place to ensure that the child and parents have a fair method to voice their improvement suggestions and see if the camp is able to incorporate them into our program - we are always striving to improve our program for everyone!

In the case of a child who is not satisfied with their camp experience, we ask that parents complete an "Unsatisfied Camper Form". 

Again, most camper issues can be resolved by making a small fix.

** Please note: children whose family has been contacted via phone, email or in person due to behavioral issues are encouraged to complete an unsatisfied camper form (if applicable) but will be held to the regular refund policy, not the above mentioned refund information.
